Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time

    • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 2–4 business days.

    • Made-to-Order & Custom Fabric Pieces: Require a minimum of 5 business days for preparation prior to shipping.

    • Large Orders (50+ pieces): Require a minimum lead time of 2 weeks before dispatch.

    • Important Note: Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays. Customers are encouraged to note any required delivery dates at checkout. While we strive to meet requested timelines, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to production volume, weather, or carrier delays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Canada (Domestic):

    • Local/Regional: 2–4 business days

    • National: 4–8 business days

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the World (Australia & Everywhere Else): 10–20 business days

Please allow up to 4 weeks for international deliveries during peak holiday seasons or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • United States & International: Flat-rate shipping is applied based on your destination zone and will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

  • Canada: All applicable sales taxes are included.

  • United States: Standard import duties and taxes for retail orders are covered and prepaid by RainDow Art Cafe under normal processing.

  • International Orders (Rest of World): Orders shipped outside Canada and the U.S. may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees set by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

  • Wholesale Orders: All customs duties and import fees are calculated and added at checkout or billed separately, remaining the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order dispatches, an automated email with tracking details will be sent. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days of order confirmation, please contact us via our contact form.

Packaging & Damage Claims

All fabric wall hangings and decor pieces are carefully packaged for maximum protection during transit. Once handed over to the carrier, handling is outside our direct control.

In the rare event of damage during transit:

  1. Contact us and file a claim with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Retain all original packaging, clear photos of the damaged item, and your tracking number for processing.
