At Raindow Art Cafe, each item is thoughtfully created with care and creativity. Please review our refund and return policy before placing an order.


Edible Products (Decorated Artistic Cookies)

Due to the nature of edible and perishable items, all sales of decorated cookies and food products are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

  • Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. If you’d like to add items to your order, please submit a request through our contact us form within 24 hours of your original order so everything can be prepared at the same time.
  • We do not issue refunds on purchases.

Handmade & Artistic Products

(Fabric art, decorative items, bags, ceramics, and similar products)

  • Orders for non-custom, ready-made handmade products may be cancelled prior to shipment. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
  • Returns are accepted within7 days of delivery, provided the item isunused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Edible or perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items
