Tiny Monsters, Big Imagination
“Halloween StoryCakes Workshop”

Our third workshop carried the playful spirit of Halloween — filled with laughter, frosting, and endless imagination.
This time, we brought together two magical things kids truly love: decorating mini cakesand telling stories.
We believe creativity grows best when hands and minds move together. Through storytelling, children strengthen their imagination, language, empathy, and problem-solving skills. By decorating cakes inspired by their stories, they get to see their imagination take shape — and taste!
A cozy creative nest
This workshop came to life through a wonderful collaboration with Neda Art Studio — read how our collaboration began.
Neda’s warm, artistic space set the perfect mood for the kids’ creativity to bloom. Her cozy studio and thoughtful setup made every child feel right at home, and she loved how organically fun and organized the day turned out to be.

Seven little seats, fourteen tiny hands
One by one, the seats filled with curious eyes and eager hands.
Each child brought their own spark — and together, they created a storybook full of frosting, laughter, and imagination.
Aneli was the first to register, full of excitement. She decorated her Halloween cakes with such focus and joy that she didn’t want the day to end. When her mom arrived, she asked, “Why did you come so early? Can we come again next Sunday?”
Erfun, full of playful energy, said it was “even more fun than school!” He zipped through each step, sometimes too quickly, but always with a smile — and somehow managed to finish everything right on time.
Arvin, our third little creator, matched his mischief with creativity. He proudly shared his story first — eyes shining as he talked about his Halloween characters — and asked if there could be another spooky workshop soon.
Ava, the tiniest pair of hands in the room, worked with delicate precision. She wanted every character on her cakes to look just right. Later, she said,
“Omg I loved it, it was the best place ever! It was so fun and there were so many kids. I made my own cake and decorated it!”
Her brother Ryan, the oldest participant at ten, echoed her joy:
“I had so much fun making the Halloween cakes and decorating them. I surprised everyone when I got home! The ladies were so nice and it was so cool.”
Nahal surprised us by signing up last minute — and we were thrilled she made it. She entered the room gracefully in her Halloween costume, working with quiet focus and care. She would line up her four cupcakes side by side, comparing them to make sure each one matched the image in her mind.
Armin, who joined a little later, quickly caught the vibe. In minutes, he was right in rhythm with the group — mixing colors, frosting, and laughter. The buttercream section was his favorite part, and his four finished cakes (and their stories!) were pure joy to see.

And so, seven little seats — fourteen creative hands — filled the room with laughter and imagination. Their stories made us laugh, cheer, and sometimes pause in awe. Children truly remind us what creativity looks like when it’s free.
This story belongs not just to us or the kids, but also to the parents who trusted us and gave their children this creative space.
Many told us how nice it was to enjoy a couple of quiet weekend hours — knowing their kids were learning, laughing, and creating something beautiful.
They deserved that, too. 💛
