Processing & Shipping Time
- Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order items, including cookie art and custom fabric pieces, require a minimum of 5 business days for preparation before shipping.
- Customers are encouraged to note their required delivery date at checkout. While we do our best to meet requested timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to production volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
- During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.
- For large orders (50 pieces or more), a minimum lead time of 2 weeks before the scheduled shipping date is required.
- We currently ship within Canada only. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier estimates.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the item and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
- Rush orders require upgraded shipping and will include an additional shipping charge.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number. Please check both your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us through our contact form.
Packaging & Shipping Care
- All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Fabric art pieces are securely protected, and cookies are packed with special care to minimize the risk of breakage.
- Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for handling and delivery is outside our control. While we do our best to protect every item, we cannot guarantee against damage during transit.
Shipping Damage & Claims
- In the rare case of shipping damage, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Original packaging, photos of the damaged item, and the tracking number will be required for claim processing.
- RainDow is not responsible for damages caused during transit and cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related damage.
