Hi, I’m Leila! I’m the heart behind Rainbow Desserts.
Baking has been my passion since childhood. I have cherished memories of creating in the kitchen, transforming simple ingredients into delicious treats. This love for creativity runs deep in my family – my grandpa was a baker, and my dad, a professional pizzaiolo (pizza maker) back in our home country. It’s no wonder I adore working with dough!
After years pursuing a career in media and design, I realized my true calling was elsewhere. In 2024, Rainbow Desserts began as a way to share my creations with friends. Word spread quickly, and soon, their friends were asking for cakes too! What started as a hobby blossomed into a full-time adventure.
Now, I’m dedicated to developing the perfect balance of flavours, textures, and colors. It’s a delicate dance of ingredients, temperature, and timing, and this beautiful blend of art and science is what excites me most!
